 The order form on this site is secure and will deliver
                        your information to us safely and swiftly.
 When
                        you find an item you want, just click the "ADD TO CART"
                        button. The item will be waiting in your shopping cart
                        when you're ready to check out. When
                        you're ready to check out, just click the "CHECK OUT"
                        button. It'll take you to your shopping cart. Feel
                        free to add, subtract and change the quantity of any of
                        the items in your shopping cart. The total amount listed
                        on the shopping cart does not reflect tax or shipping
                        costs. Those will be figured out by us and emailed to
                        you as soon as we receive your order. To
                        place your order, just click the "COMPLETE ORDER"
                        button. You will be taken to our secure order form. Fill
                        out the information required and click the "VERIFY
                        ORDER" button. Double-check that the information is
                        correct and then click the "Submit Order For Processing"
                      button, and that's it. We
                        will send you an email within 24 hours verifying that we
                        received your order, that the items are available to be
                        shipped, and letting you know the shipping cost and tax
                        (if applicable.) If

 PAYMENT:
                        
 We accept most major credit cards ‚ American Express,
                        Discover, Mastercard, VISA and PayPal -- as well as
                        personal and bank checks, and money orders. We prefer
                        you not send cash. All payments sent need to be payable
                        on a US bank.
 For
                        those customers paying by check or money order, our
                        policy is to hold an item 7 days while awaiting payment.

 SHIPPING:
 We don't see shipping costs as a profit center, so your
                        shipping cost is calculated by us order by order, based
                        on size, weight and value. We've been unable to figure
                        out a way to have the computer automatically figure your
                        shipping cost in a way that doesn't overcharge or
                        undercharge you.
 Once
                        you place an order, we'll get back to you within 24
                        hours (usually in just an hour or two) to let you know
                        the exact shipping/insurance cost of sending your order
                        to you. (If
                        you do not hear from us within 24 hours, please
                        contact us again ‚ rarely, and for reasons only a
                        computer would understand, an order won't reach us.) For
                        US orders, we prefer to ship by United Parcel Service
                        (UPS), unless it's much cheaper to send by the United
                        States Postal Service (USPS) Typically, an order for one
                        never-removed-from-box doll costs about $13. Each
                        additional doll would be $1. For an order consisting of
                        an inexpensive loose outfit or accessory, shipping could
                        be as low as $3.00. For
                        overseas customers, we ship airmail via the United
                        States Postal System, unless you request a different
                        carrier. USPS is usually much cheaper than Fedex, UPS,
                        DHL, etc. There are some countries where we will only
                        ship via USPS Express Mail (EMS). For
                        those customers paying by check or money order, our
                        policy is to hold an item 7 days while awaiting payment. 
 LAYAWAYS:
                        
 We are happy to offer layaways on orders of $50 or more.
 Usually,
                        we require half the amount down and the remaining half
                        30 days after the order is placed. But this is not
                        written in stone. Let us know what you have in mind. Our
                        Mothers say we're very reasonable. Once a layaway is
                        started, any monies you've paid are not refundable if
                        you decide not to complete the layaway. 
 PREORDERS:
 We are always happy to take pre-orders.
 Because
                        Mattel, Integrity and Robert Tonner sometimes make very
                        few of an item, we encourage pre-orders since an item
                        can sometimes sell out in a matter of weeks. If you
                        pre-order with a credit card, we don't require a
                        deposit. The full amount plus shipping is only charged
                        to your credit card when the item arrives here and is
                        ready to ship to you. If you'll be paying by Paypal,
                        check or money order, we ask for a nominal 10%
                        non-returnable deposit. 
 RETURNS:
 You are free to return any merchandise -- other than
                        NRFB ITEMS, PEOPLE-SIZED CLOTHING, NEW BOOKS, MAGAZINES,
                        or LAYAWAY ITEMS -- within 5 days of your receipt of the
                        package IF THE ITEM IS NOT AS DESCRIBED.
 The
                        purchase price will be refunded, but you must give us a
                        call or send us an email to let us know the item is on
                        its way back. If an item is being returned for any
                        reason other than it not being as described, there will
                        be a 5% restocking fee.
